Dear Clark Elementary Families, Students, and Staff,

It is with great excitement and enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal of Clark Elementary! I am truly honored to join such an accomplished school community that is clearly dedicated to the growth, success, and well-being of every child. I look forward to partnering with students, families, staff, and the community to ensure a successful, engaging, and fulfilling school year for all.

As a member of the leadership team, I am committed to supporting Clark Elementary’s mission of providing a positive educational environment where every student is empowered to achieve their fullest potential. I believe strong relationships, high expectations, and a supportive school culture are essential to student success, and I am excited to contribute to the continued excellence of this amazing school.

I am a Florida native and have proudly called the New Tampa area home for the past 35 years. As a former student of Hillsborough County Public Schools, I understand firsthand the impact that dedicated educators and strong schools can have on a child’s future. I graduated from the University of South Florida and later earned my master’s degree in educational leadership from Saint Leo University. This year marks my 13th year in education, during which I have had the privilege of serving both as an elementary educator and a student success coach within Hillsborough County Public Schools.

My philosophy of education is centered on the belief that every child is unique and deserves an engaging, supportive environment where they can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I strive to help create a school atmosphere where students feel safe, valued, encouraged to share their ideas, and inspired to reach their full potential.

It is truly a privilege to give back to the community that has given so much to me throughout my life. I look forward to meeting each of you and becoming part of the Clark Elementary family. Together, I know we will continue to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. I cannot wait to “Make My Mark at Clark!”

The sports-themed banquet was a huge success, made even more special with appearances by former professional basketball players, the USF Sun Dolls, and our very own ThunderBug from the Tampa Bay Lightning!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible 5th Grade PTA volunteers, administration, teachers, front office staff, custodial team, and cafeteria staff for your hard work, support, and dedication in making this event so memorable for our students.
