Yesterday’s Bingo Lingo event brought the energy, laughter, and friendly competition to campus! 🎉

Students had a great time testing their listening skills, staying engaged, and racing to complete their cards while learning and connecting with one another in a fun and interactive way. From quick thinking to big wins, the room was full of excitement and school spirit!

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the event such a success—we love seeing our campus community come together for moments like this. 💙

In honor of Juneteenth, we had a Juneteenth Trivia Day—a time to reflect, learn, and celebrate the history, resilience, and contributions of African Americans throughout our nation’s journey to freedom.

This interactive trivia experience was designed to encourage awareness and meaningful conversation about the significance of Juneteenth, recognizing June 19, 1865, as a pivotal moment in American history when the last enslaved people in Texas were informed of their freedom.

When “Tacky Tourist Day” hits campus, Miesha, the Student Success Coordinator, and Dean Rodriguez commit to the theme with zero hesitation and maximum enthusiasm.

Somewhere between the loud prints, souvenir energy, and questionable fashion choices, they’ve officially set out on a very important mission… to find something.

Is it direction? Is it the group tour? Is it the snack stand they swore was just around the corner? Hard to say. But they’re determined, map in hand (probably upside down), confidence high, and absolutely not asking for help just yet.

If you see them wandering the halls like they’re one missed turn away from a beach resort, just point them toward the nearest “help desk”… or at least the coffee.
