Knee Replacement | 48 Hours Post-Op. Day 3.
I'm not going to sugarcoat it.
Last night was rough.
Around the 24-hour mark, the nerve block wore off and I started feeling the reality of this total knee replacement. The pain showed up, sleep became a challenge, and recovery earned my full attention.
Today feels much better.
I've already completed two
walks, kept up with my exercises, used the ice machine, and I'm seeing improvement in my range of motion.
Recovery isn't measured by comfort.
It's measured by progress.
One step.
One exercise.
One day at a time.
Nothing keeps a good man down.
