Let me introduce myself properly because context matters and credentials speak.

Only about 11% of American women hold a master's degree. And when you narrow that down to Black women specifically, that number becomes even more rare — we represent a small but mighty percentage of that group who have walked across that stage, paid that tuition, written those papers, and earned those letters behind our names while navigating everything life threw at us at the same time. That is not a small thing. That is legacy.

I say all of that to say this — when you step into a space that I have created around health education and guidance, you are not stepping into something built on good intentions and a wellness aesthetic. You are stepping into the expertise of a Licensed Practical Nurse who has worked inside the healthcare system, studied organizational leadership at the graduate level, spent years helping people navigate some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, and built a brand rooted in community and purpose from the ground up. There is no room to question the experience in this room. The receipts are in order.

I have always known this was where I was supposed to be. And after years of pivots, lessons, and growth I am finally walking fully into the purpose this brand was always built for. Tricky Royalty Guided Wellness exists for the woman who deserves real knowledge, real guidance, and someone genuinely qualified to walk this journey with her.

July 1 — Virtual Rage Release Event (8–8:30 AM | Online) — Grab your sage and let it go, sis. Start the month by releasing what no longer serves you. You deserve that.

July 11 — Sunset Sip & Paint (5:45–7:45 PM | Sozo Healing House) — An incredible collab with Bex Beltran of Painting with Friends. Spots are limited — grab yours before they're gone.

July 11 & 18 — Cruisin' Classics Fun Fitness (7:45–8:45 AM | Tempe, AZ) — Movement that actually feels like joy. Good vibes, classic music, and a room full of women showing up for themselves. $27 for both or $15 per class.

July 17 — 90's Coloring, Community & Coffee (12–2 PM) — Come color, connect, and just exhale for a little while. You need this. We all do.
