Only a few spots left in the Blacksmithing Fundamentals class next week at the White Mountains Blacksmithing Club!

Learn the fundamental skills and tools of blacksmithing and take home three beginner-friendly projects! In this class, you'll learn forge safety, body mechanics, tapering, spreading, splitting, drawing a tip, bending, and even twisting steel, as you make a hook, a leaf, and a campfire roasting fork. These foundational skills will set you up for success in future forging work!

Knife Making Class Coming Up!

Join us for a two day Knife Making Class on Saturday, March 7th, and Sunday, March 8th, from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Prerequisite: Introduction to Blacksmithing

In this hands-on experience, students will forge their own 3 to 4-inch hunting-style knife from start to finish. Learn blade shaping, handle forging, heat treating, grinding, and polishing to achieve a finished and professional-looking knife to take home!
