We had so much fun learning about what our students in the School of Life Sciences Undergraduate Research Program (SOLUR) have been working on in our labs! 🔎🔬
At today’s SOLUR Symposium, we saw dozens of posters exploring topics like potential different uses for medications, why pupillary diameter is a window into the brain of those with ADHD, the leading causes of vaccine hesitancy, uncovering genetic markers for mental health, the rise of mosquito-borne illnesses, and how using plant DNA in studies might lead to the discovery of gene therapies, it’s no surprise that our student researchers are at the forefront of cutting-edge innovation.🧬🌱🦟🥼
