This weekend, we attended a My Gym training conference in Tampa and stayed a few extra days to spend time with family.
Because of that, the gym will be closed for classes Tuesday–Thursday this week so our amazing team holding down the fort can enjoy some well-deserved time off, too.
Thank you for understanding! We can't wait to see everyone back in class... and we have some exciting news to share soon! 👀✨
