WOW 🤩 What an unforgettable experience! Our team had the opportunity to learn Tai Chi this weekend, and it was nothing short of incredible. Huge thank you to for hosting us and introducing the fundamentals of this powerful practice.

To make it even more special, we were joined by the original founders of My Gym, Jacov and Susie Sherman! Bringing Tai Chi into how we move, coach, and spot gave us a whole new perspective on body awareness and intentional movement.

We are always so grateful for experiences like this that help us grow—not just as coaches and people, but as a team. 👏
