Sleep without Counting Sheep: Managing Caregiver Insomnia
The focus is on reducing sleep problems and improving sleep practices. Included will be managing behavioral symptoms of the person living with dementia and caregiver stress management for better sleep.

After the first session, caregivers will have a choice of continuing to meet as a group or one-on-one for a total of four times.
