Inspired by burlesque, bimbo culture, and musical theatre, they keep audiences guessing by bending gender, embracing camp and making every number bigger and better than the last.

Q-Bie proves you don’t need a big budget to make a big impact. As a proud autistic, trans masculine, plus sized le***an and outspoken activist in their community, they bring authenticity to every stage they step on. Q-Bie didn’t come to play it safe. They came to leave it all in the stage and show Ventura how it’s done.

Nairobi Royale Jete is the Big Black & Bootylicious Dive from the Legendary Haus of Jete. Formerly known as Imara Del Chique, Nairobi Royale is starting her 3rd year in drag, storming her way into this community with a mission to put smiles on your faces and memories in your heart. Her biggest inspirations are Jasmine Masters, Latrice Royale, Hershii Liquor Jete, Angeria Paris Vanmicheals, and Sapphira Crystal. She is currently reigning Queen of the South Bay s2 and MX Pomona Valley PRIDE 2026. She is looking forward to returning home to Ventura County to showcase her growth, her Beauty, and her presence as a black entertainer from the 805 !!!

Come by Plaza Park on Saturday July 25 for the live pageant and performances. MX Ventura County PRIDE 2026 winner will be chosen by CROWD VOTING along with our esteemed panel of previous VC and SB PRIDE title holders !!!! DON’T MISS THIS YEARS FESTIVAL !!!

The winner will also be performing at Paddy’s after PRIDE showcase at 9:30pm for those 21+ !!!

On behalf of the Board of Directors and Staff we would like to sincerely Thank each and every Community member who came out to our Grand Re-Opening of Diversity Collective’s Community Resource Center last night. After some extensive renovations we were proud to unveil the new and improved Center !!!

Patricia Logan from Fiddle and Fern for all the plant your provided. They absolutely transformed all of the spaces they were placed in

DJ Steve Sharp for getting us set up with sound for the ribbon cutting and helping with other last minute details

To all the group leaders who call the Community Resource Center home : TransVerse, PFLAG, Diversity Toastmasters, NA, Q***r Adulting, Rainbow Umbrella, Little Unicorns, and our newest group Silver Spectrum ( 55+ group). We are proud to provide a clean safe and welcoming space for each of you to meet and continue your individual work and grow your groups.

And finally to my fellow Board Members and Staff … All of you have made my return to Diversity Collective after 9 years away an absolute honor and privilege to work alongside each and every one of you. Yes we still have much work to accomplish across the board but as I’ve always said many hands, minds, and hearts make lighter work, we are such a multi faceted team that the sky’s the limit, we are ALL in this together.
