Meet Foothill Technology High School's Interim Principal for 2026–27!

The Ventura Unified Board of Education welcomed Katie Tedford at its June 9 regular Board meeting, as the Interim Principal of Foothill Technology High School for the 2026–27 school year.

Ms. Tedford will serve in the role while Principal Johnson takes a year away from campus leadership to focus on her family.

Now through Wednesday, support FTHS while enjoying a great meal! Gather your family and friends and help support our school community through this PFSO fundraiser.

🎓 Senior BBQ – Friday, May 29 | 5:30–8 PM | Quad
Class of 2026 seniors are invited to celebrate with one last fun evening before graduation! Enjoy catered BBQ, desserts, drinks, and time with classmates.

✅ Seniors who already paid their senior contribution receive a FREE ticket.
🎟️ Tickets for seniors who have not yet contributed are available through May 21 for $25 at the Student Store.

🎸🍕🌮 Air Guitar Food Fair is almost here! 🍦🍿❄️
On Friday, May 22, during lunch (12:10–1:00 PM), FTHS students will get to enjoy games in the quad and grab food from a variety of vendors during the annual Air Guitar Food Fair!

Families may want to send students with extra lunch money or make sure funds are loaded onto cards/payment apps ahead of time. Here’s a preview of some of the food options available:
