Fully booked, still broke and still anxious?
If that’s where you are, I need you to hear this:
You don’t have a client problem. You have a money problem.
That was never really your fault. Only about a third of people globally have received real financial education. Beauty and massage school didn’t cover it. Nobody handed you this when you got licensed.
BUT while it’s not your fault, it IS your responsibility to change it.
Wondering what’s on the other side of this work?
You show up relaxed instead of desperate.Life feels lighter. You have choices. You have freedom. When an amazing opportunity comes along, you can actually take it.
That’s what intentional money management does for a career.

I didn’t set out to be an educator.
People just kept finding me. Asking questions. Looking for someone they could trust.
After 25 years in this industry, as an esthetician, a master trainer, a money mindset coach- I finally stopped pretending that was a coincidence.
This week on The Work Beneath the Work I’m sharing why B.A.B.E. exists, what I believe, and the promise I’m making to every beauty and massage professional who shows up here.
Think of me as that older sister who has been through it and came back to show you the way. 🖤

You're not bad at this. You were just never taught this.
There's a big difference and it changes everything.
25 years in this industry taught me that the most talented beauty and massage professionals aren't struggling because of their technique.
They're struggling because nobody taught them the rest.
The money. The mindset. The boundaries. The business.
That's what The Work Beneath the Work is for.

Sometimes the most important education in our industry isn’t the newest trend or technique.
It’s the education that helps protect your clients, your license, your reputation, your business, and yourself.
Sanitation, safety, prevention, and awareness deserve ongoing attention as our industry continues to evolve. These are not “one and done” conversations.
This week, we’re highlighting courses designed to help beauty and wellness professionals stay informed, compliant, protected, and confident in real-world situations that can arise in our industry.
Topics include:
• Health & Safety
• Sanitation Refreshers
• HIV/AIDS Prevention
• Sexual Harassment Prevention
• Domestic Violence Awareness
• Human Trafficking Awareness
• State-specific safety requirements
• Texas sanitation bundles
Many of these courses are CE / CEU approved in select states.
Professionalism is not just about talent.
It’s also about responsibility, education, and care.
Comment “SAFETY” if you’d like the course list or information on CE / CEU approval in your state.

Can we talk about something that doesn’t get discussed enough in our industry? Income ceilings.
Not the ones set by the economy or set by competitors. The ones we subconsciously set for ourselves.
One thing I hear and see with many beauty and massage professionals is they unintentionally cap their own income.
Thoughts like:
• “This is just what estheticians make.”
• “I don’t want to charge more than others in my area.”
• “I should just be grateful to be fully booked.”
Those beliefs quietly shape pricing decisions, confidence, and growth. Your income ceiling is often an identity ceiling.
If you don’t believe you’re meant to earn more, you’ll unconsciously structure your career or business to stay exactly where you are.
That doesn’t mean you need to become someone different, but it might mean expanding what you believe is possible for yourself in this industry. If you haven’t explored your own income beliefs lately, this is your nudge. Growth doesn’t always start with strategy. Sometimes it starts with belief. 💛
This is some of the work we do in the Brilliance Prosperity Path!
What’s one belief you’ve had around money or success in this industry that you’re starting to question?
Drop it in the comments or send me a message. Sometimes awareness is the first step to breaking through the ceiling you didn’t even realize was there.
