The DEA Educational Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit educational organization established in 2001 whose goal is to educate the public on the many costs and consequences of illegal drugs in our society.

Throughout its 25 years of Impact, the DEA Educational Foundation has strived to maintain meaningful partnerships that bring drug prevention education and a safe, healthy and positive outlet to youth through strong mentorship. We are proud to have partnered with dance teachers Lyn and Meghan Mulcahy for over a decade bringing youth in Lima, OH joy through the art of dance.

The DEAEF Youth Dance Program is happy to be back in Tampa metropolitan area again, but this year at Di Baile Dance School in Brookville! The Foundation thanks teacher Abigail for her wonderful work with the youth and welcomes her new addition as well!

As we celebrate 25 Years of Impact, we are proud that our Youth Scholarship program continues. This year at least seven scholarships were given to dedicated DEAEF Youth Program students. Congratulations to Lyla and Ava who received scholarships to attend programming at Granite State Dance Center and a special thanks to Cathy Richard and Granite State Dance Center for the long-term partnership! We love dancing with students at Liberty Arts Magnet School! Being able to provide a healthy activity and steer the kids towards a drug-free life is our goal…getting to know the kids and watch friendships grow and see their confidence grow too is so rewarding! Thankful to Lima City Schools for this opportunity!
