Today we honor 115 years of heritage, community, and service with Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America - Roma Lodge #71 of the Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America® (OSDIA). As part of the oldest and largest Italian American fraternal organization in the United States, Roma Lodge in Washington, D.C., carries forward a legacy that began when OSDIA was founded in 1905 to support Italian immigrants and preserve cultural identity in America.

For more than a century, OSDIA lodges have been spaces where Italian language, traditions, and values are celebrated, friendships are forged, and community service thrives. From advocating cultural pride and education to fostering cross‑cultural connections between the U.S. and Italy, the work of Roma Lodge reflects a deep commitment to heritage and unity.
