Last month, GW Law's Health Law and Policy Program convened experts and officials at the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Accounts (ICHRA) Roundtable.

The roundtable provided a forum for stakeholders in health law and policy to discuss the future and potential of ICHRAs, which allow employers to provide tax-free funds for employees to purchase Affordable Care Act-compliant plans. Read more about the discussion ⬇️

Yesterday, the GW Law staff gathered for our annual retreat. Thank you to the many talented professionals across our community whose commitment and expertise support our students and faculty and help drive GW Law’s global impact.

Congratulations to GW Law alumna Cherissa Lindsay, JD ‘25, who has been chosen as an Equal Justice Works Fellow, hosted by Volunteer Legal Advocates.

Lindsay’s fellowship project focuses on child advocacy, identifying unmet academic needs, and collaborating with attorneys, courts, and schools to best support children through guardian ad litem work.

As AI continues to transform the legal landscape, scholars and practitioners are grappling with new and complex challenges. Inspired by these developments, GW Law 2L Eren Karaburun launched the AI Forum, creating a space for the GW community to explore and discuss the evolving intersection of artificial intelligence and the law.
