Day 2 came in hot and did not disappoint.

The summits were packed with great conversations, the sessions brought real learning, the awards reminded us exactly why this work matters, and everywhere you looked, people were connecting, laughing, sharing ideas, and pouring back into this profession.

This is what conference is supposed to feel like.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make today such a success. OAPT showed up today, and it was a pretty incredible thing to be part of.

There is something pretty powerful about being in an event space full of people who understand the work, the challenges, the chaos, and the heart behind it all.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, leaned in, asked questions, shared ideas, and helped make Day 1 such a great day. Can’t wait to keep this energy going!!!

And finally… Central Region has arrived!

Rounding out our board member arrivals today are several familiar faces from the Central Region: President Theresa Ritchie, Vice President Angelo Caputo, Communications Director Brian Killian, Director at Large Justin Hagen-Stein, and Central Region Director Randy Snyder.

At this point, the vehicles are unloaded, the coffee is working overtime, and conference setup is officially in full swing.

A huge thank you to every OAPT board member who made the trip in today from across the state. This group gives so much time, energy, and heart to this association, and today is the perfect reminder that conference does not just happen…it takes a team.

All board members have officially made their way to The Ohioan… and the 65th OAPT Conference & Trade Show is ready to begin!

The South and Southwest are rolling into conference week!

Our South Region Director, Adam Howe, Southwest Region Director, Shawn Young, and Past President, Mike Miller, are making their way to The Ohioan today as the OAPT Board comes together to begin conference setup.

These three bring experience, leadership, humor, and a whole lot of dedication to OAPT. From representing their regions to continuing to support the work of this association, we are grateful for the time and energy they pour into pupil transportation.

All roads lead to The Ohioan today, and the OAPT crew is officially in conference mode!

The East Region is conference-bound!

Our East Region Director, Kevin Roberts, is making his way to The Ohioan today as the OAPT Board comes together to kick off conference setup.

Kevin is bringing that East Region energy, leadership, and dedication as we get ready to welcome our OAPT family for an incredible week of learning, networking, and celebrating pupil transportation.

All roads lead to The Ohioan today, and the East Region is officially on the move!

The West and Northwest Regions are on the move!

Our West Region Director, Mike, and Northwest Region Director, Robert, are making their way to The Ohioan today as the OAPT Board begins to converge for conference setup.

From every corner of the state, board members are rolling in with supplies, ideas, excitement, and a shared commitment to making this year’s conference a great one. We are so thankful for the leadership, dedication, and energy Robert and Mike bring to OAPT.

And just like that… OAPT Conference week begins!
Coming from the North and Northeast regions April, Melody, Doug, and Bruce, the setup is starting, and the excitement is real.
