So many of our Goju Team graduated this week. We cannot be prouder of our team that takes martial arts everywhere they go. We love you, we honor you and we cannot wait to see how you change the world. We know you’ve already changed ours in the dojo.

We had an amazing time working with the students at Bayard School this year and United Way of Delaware this year. Our goal is always to give students transferrable skills like confidence, self control and self love.

Welcome to Around the Riverfront!
This spring and summer, we’re taking you behind the scenes of the Riverfront to meet the people, businesses, and stories that help make this community what it is.
For our first stop, we visited Goju Training Center and spoke with the owner, Kenny Everett, about how martial arts go far beyond training. At Goju Training Center, the focus starts from within, helping kids and adults build confidence, discipline, and a strong mindset both inside and outside the dojo.
We also got a look inside the programs offered at Goju Training Center, including martial arts classes, fitness training, summer camps, and the philosophy Kenny Everett has built the program around: “Change your mind, change your life.”
