We are excited to welcome Dr. Seemans to the Bulldog Family as he begins this new chapter leading Brandywine High School.

A proud Brandywine resident and experienced educational leader, Dr. Seemans brings a passion for serving students, supporting staff, and building strong relationships with families. His leadership is rooted in service, being present, and bringing positive energy to every school community he serves.

When asked what he's most excited about, Dr. Seemans shared:

"I am excited to help continue the growth Brandywine High School has accomplished in academic performance, athletics, and school culture and climate. Brandywine High School has a long tradition of excellence, and I am honored to be a part of that tradition while serving our wonderful and diverse community."

Last night, Brandywine High School was proudly represented at the annual Delaware Blue-Gold All★Star Football Game—a tradition that celebrates inclusion, friendship, and community while supporting the incredible work of the Blue-Gold Club.

The Blue-Gold Club creates meaningful opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities by pairing them with peer buddies and providing experiences that build lasting friendships both in and out of school.

Today, we honor Juneteenth—a day that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, resilience, and the continued pursuit of equality.

At Brandywine High School, we recognize the importance of learning from our history, celebrating the diversity of our community, and working together to build a future where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered.

As we reflect on the significance of this day, let us continue to inspire understanding, compassion, and unity both inside and outside our classrooms.

The Brandywine High School Class of 2027 invites you to help support our senior class by stopping by our summer car washes!

For just $10 per car, our students will have your vehicle sparkling clean while raising money for senior year activities and events.

As the 2025–2026 school year comes to a close, we want to thank our students, staff, families, and community for another incredible year. We wish everyone a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable summer filled with new adventures, special memories, and well-deserved time to recharge. Have a great summer!

🎨👾 Creativity came to life in an unforgettable way!

Recently, Mrs. Washington, Brandywine High School Art Teacher and National Art Honor Society Advisor, partnered with Mrs. Brendlinger's class at Forwood Elementary School for a special collaborative art project.

The elementary students used their imaginations to design and draw their very own monsters. Then, our talented National Art Honor Society students brought those creations to life by building real-life versions of the monsters!

The best part? Watching the excitement and surprise on the elementary students' faces when they were presented with their custom monster creations. 💙🤍

This project showcased the power of creativity, collaboration, and mentorship while building connections between students across our Brandywine community.

A huge thank you to Mrs. Washington, Mrs. Brendlinger, and all of the students who made this experience so memorable!

And just like that, the 2025-2026 school year is in the books!

Today, we continued one of our favorite Brandywine traditions—lining the halls and waving goodbye as our Bulldogs headed off for a well-deserved summer break.

Thank you to our incredible students, staff, and families for making this year one to remember. From classrooms and concerts to athletic fields, performances, and celebrations, it has been another amazing year filled with Bulldog Pride.

To our students: enjoy your summer, make great memories, stay safe, and know that we can’t wait to welcome you back home in August.
