This is the official page of the West St George Secondary School. This Secondary school first opened its doors in September, 2004. The West St.
George Secondary School came into being because it was recognized that there was a need to engage students from the surrounding areas, who were not successful in the Common Entrance Examinations. This was in keeping with the Government’s thrust – ‘No Child Left Behind’ and the plan to ensure Universal Access to Secondary Education unfolded. Please be guided by the post below as it relates to the dismissal of school on Wednesday 20th May, 2026 at 12:00pm.

On March 16th, representatives from the Ministry of Family, Gender Affairs, Persons with Disabilities paid a visit to the students and staff of the West St.George Secondary School, to bring awareness on the role of the ministry and their various departments.
Students were also intrigued in learning parts of the law that speaks towards the action of delinquent juveniles and the consequences they face when breaking the law.
On behalf of the Staff and Students, we say thank you for your presentation. We look forward to more collaboration in nurturing the nation's youths.

We ended Term 2 on a high coming off our Internal Sports Season as well as with our participation in All Windwards and the Inter-Secondary School Athletics Meet!
