💼 I am currently undertaking an internship as a Communication Intern in the PR Department at Le Bros. My primary responsibilities include supporting the development of communication content, contributing creative ideas, and assisting in the production and implementation of communication materials for various projects.

🌱 I believe that the key factors that helped me secure this opportunity were my proactive attitude and willingness to learn. In addition to carefully preparing my application, I made an effort to demonstrate my personality, creativity, and genuine commitment to pursuing a career in communications.

Furthermore, participating in real-world projects early on provided me with valuable experience and greater confidence during the recruitment process. At Swinburne Vietnam, learning extends beyond theory. Through practical assignments, projects, and business-oriented case studies, I have been able to develop teamwork, problem-solving, and deadline management skills that closely align with professional workplace expectations.

🎯 Throughout my OJT experience, I have gained a wide range of knowledge and skills that are essential in a professional environment. More importantly, the internship has helped me strengthen my communication abilities, improve time management, and develop the flexibility needed to handle diverse tasks and requirements effectively.

This OJT experience has given me a clearer understanding of the industry I am pursuing and has helped shape my future career direction. I believe one of the most important things for students is to actively seek opportunities to gain experience and not be afraid to challenge themselves while they are still young. No one needs to be perfect before taking the first step - it is the process of learning and experiencing new things that helps us grow stronger and more capable every day.

✍️ I am currently an intern at MB Bank, Xuan Dieu Branch, Hanoi. My responsibilities include observing how the bank operates, learning from colleagues about communication and customer service, supporting customers, and introducing MB’s products. I also have the opportunity to directly experience a KPI-driven working environment, which helps me better understand teamwork and the shared goals of the whole team.

⚡ Throughout this process, I have had the opportunity to gain practical experience in customer service and learn more about how the market operates. At the same time, the internship has helped me improve essential skills such as listening and communication in handling customer requests. Most importantly, I have had the chance to work with experienced people in the industry, which has allowed me to better understand the real pressure of a highly competitive business environment!

🎯 My internship at MB Bank has provided me with valuable practical knowledge and deeper insights into the banking and financial services industry. One of the biggest lessons I have learned from this internship is the importance of effective communication skills. Knowing how to listen, respond appropriately, and handle diverse customer requests is extremely important. This has also helped me become more confident and better prepared for a professional working environment in the future.
