𝟏. 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: July 19 - July 31, 2026. Note: The duration overlaps with summer semester AY 25-26 at HCM-IU.

𝟐. 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Main Academic Venue: VNUHCM Administrative Building and campuses of member universities (International University, University of Economics and Law, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, etc.).
• Accommodation: VNUHCM Dormitory and An Giang University Dormitory.
• Field Trips/ Practical Site Visits: Businesses, ecological models, and experiential learning sites in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta region (An Giang province, Loc Troi Group, VNG).

𝟒. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:
🔷 AUN-VNUHCM Summer Program 2026 covers expenses of accommodation, daily meals, local transportation, and activities within the program framework.
🔷 Students are responsible for covering the remaining personal expenses.

𝟓. 𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬:
HCM-IU is allowed to nominate 𝟎𝟓 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 in the official nomination list, and 02 candidates in waiting list to VNUHCM.

𝟔. 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚: Candidates are required to
🔷 Be a full-time Bachelor student at HCM-IU who have completed at least 2 semesters and have not yet completed/registered for Thesis by the time of application.
🔷 Have good/excellent academic results before the application (GPA of 70/100 or above).
🔷 To have good command of English (Valid proofs of certificate are a must).
🔷 Have the ability to work in a multicultural environment, preference for students with experience in extracurricular activities, cultural exchanges, or ASEAN-related programs.
🔷 Have leadership potentials, teamwork, and communication skills. Preference will be given to students with certificates or achievements in extracurricular activities.
🔷 Commit to fully participate in the whole program.
🔷 Not be doing/Not have completed Thesis by the time of application (Không có lịch bảo vệ Luận văn/Chưa đăng ký và hoàn thành luận văn tốt nghiệp tại thời điểm nộp hồ sơ).
🔷 Not registered for courses in the summer semester of AY 2025-2026 at HCM-IU (Không đăng ký môn học trong học kỳ hè năm học 2025-2026).
🔷 Not be applying for any other semester/short-term programs that have schedules overlapping with this AUN-VNUHCM Summer Program 2026.
🔷 Priority will be given to students have not had experiences in study-abroad programs.

HCM-IU's long-standing partner in Thailand - SIIT is now calling for an official application for the non-degree program Short term Internship Program (STIP) 2026-2027.

𝟏. 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
🔹 4 weeks or 8 weeks between October 1, 2026 and July 31, 2027. The scholarship will cover a maximum of 8 weeks, unless students choose to extend their internship without scholarship support.
🔹 The Internship period should start at the beginning of the month (no later than the 5th) and finish at the end of the month. For example, an internship could be scheduled from October 3, 2026, to November 30, 2026
🔹 Students are recommended to pick the internship period in the summer semester that does not overlap with academic calendar of AY 2026-2027. 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: If students choose to undertake an internship that overlaps with the academic calendar, they have to contact their Schools/Departments (at HCM-IU) to ask for absence permission in classes during their internship, otherwise HCM-IU can not support them with the essential paperwork to go abroad.
🔹 Selected students will not be able to change your internship period/duration, once you have been officially accepted to participate in the internship program.
🔹 During the internship period, students are not allowed to take vacations that would affect their internship program. Students must follow the schedule provided by your supervisor.
🔹After completing the internship and submitting reports/transcripts, students may request to have the internship's results recognized at HCM-IU (upon consideration and decision of HCM-IU's in-charge units).

𝟒. 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
🔷 Be a full-time student currently enrolled at HCM-IU by the time of application.
🔷 Have good academic performance, with preference given to students with outstanding academic achievements. To be specific, candidates are suggested to have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 (on a 4.0 scale) in the most recent semester prior to the application deadline.
🔷 Possess good English proficiency (with proof).
🔷 Be in good physical and mental health, with no conditions that may a affect internship performance.
🔷 Provide a confirmation letter from their home university.
🔷 Provide an internship topic and a confirmation letter from the relevant faculty/department at PSU.
🔷 Students must be admitted to an internship period that does not overlap with the official academic calendar for Semester 3 (AY 2025–2026) and Semester 1 (AY 2026–2027) at HCM-IU.

Applications for the 2026 Blue Marble Study Tour, hosted by Deakin University’s Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment, are now open. Designed for students who aspire to study a Science, Engineering, IT, Architecture, or Construction Management degree at Deakin University, this immersive study tour offers a range of academic workshops tailored to specific discipline areas. Students will also participate in a variety of cultural activities that will enable them to experience all that Melbourne and Geelong have to offer.

Deakin University is a strategic partner of HCM-IU in Australia. Program details are as follows:
𝟏. 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: from 18 October – 31 October 2026. Note: The program's duration overlaps with 1st semester of AY 2026-2027 (probably Mid-term exam).

𝟐. 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞: Geelong and Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (on-site participation).

𝟑. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦:
🔷 Access to world class university facilities in Geelong and Melbourne (Burwood), Victoria, Australia
🔷 Discipline specific guest lectures and workshops from leading academics
🔷 Great Ocean Road and Melbourne CBD tour
🔷 Social events with fellow students
🔷 Deakin University campus tours
🔷 Australian cultural and wildlife tour.

𝟒. 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Number of slots: 30 students in total across selected partner institutions worldwide (students selected via a competitive application process). Students should be majored in Science, Engineering, IT, or Architecture/Construction Management.
- It is not guaranteed that students nominated by HCM-IU will be selected by Deakin University.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐇𝐂𝐌-𝐈𝐔:
🔷 Be a Vietnamese full-time Bachelor student enrolled in HCM-IU's full time program, having completed at least 2 academic semesters and not registered for Thesis/be doing Thesis by the time of application.
🔷Students must have written permission proofs of School/Department and to be absent in classes during their enrollment in the program.
🔷 Have acquired the GPA of at least 70/100 or above (the higher the more competitive).
🔷 Commit to participate in the two weeks that overlaps with studying time at HCM-IU.
Be able to acquire permission for leave by the Faculty
🔷 Be physically and mentally healthy.

🔻𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨: 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨
🔷 Study IT, Engineering, Science, Technology, Environment and Wildlife.
🔷 Be interested in studying on-campus at Deakin University in the next 1-2 years.
🔷 Have passion about study abroad and willing to promote the Deakin University brand
🔷 Have no international experiences before, especially exchange programs in ASEAN countries), students whose majors are related to the objectives of the program.

🔻 𝐈𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Articulation program students being ready to transfer to the second phase of studies in the fall semester 2026-2027 (or Top-up program for UWE 4+0 students);
- Students whose academic progress is slower than that of their peers within the same cohort;
- Students who are in the gap semester by the time of application;
- Students who are entitled as Graduated students (as per Decision signed by HCM-IU).

𝟓. 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬:
✔️𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫:
🔷 Program fees, lectures and workshops
🔷 Australian cultural and wildlife tours (including the Great Ocean Road, Melbourne CBD, Australian widelife tours)
🔷 Accommodation and most meals indicated on the program
🔷 Private shuttle transport during the program.
🔷 Airport transfers (in Australia) and public transport ‘Myki’ card with a starting balance of $35.

✔️𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧:

🔷 International travel insurance
🔷 Extracurricular activities not provided as part of the program

𝟔. 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Students will stay in either on-campus accommodation or hotels
during the study tour. On-campus accommodation features private
bedrooms in mixed-gender dormitories with shared facilities. Hotel
accommodation will be in comfortable twin-share rooms.

1. Student's motivation to do the program and ideas for promotion.
2. Discipline area of interest for future study (Architecture and Built Environment, Engineering, Environment and Wildlife, IT and Science).
3. Academic Results (CGPA/GPA).
4. English proficiency level.
5. Gender balance.
