Data shows that tech solutions designed by women are 35% more likely to address community-level challenges (2025 Global Gender Gap Report).
This points to a critical shift: when women lead the development of technology, innovation becomes more inclusive, relevant, and impactful.
Girls shaping the digital future goes beyond participation;it is about leadership. By building technology from the ground up, they identify and address the blind spots that traditional systems often overlook.
When girls lead, solutions reach further, communities benefit more deeply, and women’s voices play a stronger role in shaping technologies that serve the world.

In the first transition, from internship to full-time, we’re seeing income jumps of about 40%. After that, growth continues at around 20% as careers progress.

The goal isn’t just entry into tech, it’s sustained growth once they’re in.

Tech knows no borders, and neither should opportunity!

This year, we expanded our footprint to Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Eswatini.

We are intentional about scouting talent wherever it exists; looking beyond the obvious and reaching young women who might otherwise be overlooked.Because every time our reach grows, so does access to education and opportunity.

A strong network isn’t just a nice-to-have, it’s a real support system. Looking back at the codeHive program over the years, it’s clear that thriving as individuals is deeply connected to the strength of the communities around us.

Our alumni have built a sisterhood that shows up in the workplace, shapes the industry, and gives young women a clear picture of what representation truly looks like.
