🏁 Raceview Motors Racing Simulator Challenge Winner! 🏁

A huge congratulations to Robin Van Viegen from Alberton High School, the winner of our Racing Simulator Competition between Alberton High School and Bracken High School High School! 🎉🏆
Robin put in an outstanding performance and crossed the finish line ahead of the competition to claim the top spot and the winner's prize.
💵 The prize money was officially handed over by Cecilia Ries, Dealer Principal at Raceview Motors Group, in recognition of Robin's outstanding achievement.
👏 Congratulations to Robin and the entire Alberton High School team on winning the race!
A special thank you to both schools, all participants, supporters, and spectators who helped make the event a memorable success. Your enthusiasm and competitive spirit made for an exciting challenge from start to finish.

NACHO AVERAGE TEACHER 🌮

To end the term on a festive note, the staff at Alberton High School celebrated with the theme “Nacho” Average Teacher, embracing a fun and vibrant Mexican-inspired atmosphere.

Mrs. De Bruin thanked the staff for their dedication and hard work throughout the term by comparing them to chillies. She explained that a chilli is spicy, zesty, strong, and full of unique flavour, but most importantly, it leaves a lasting impression that is hard to forget. She said that these qualities are reflected in our teachers, who make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around them every day.

Mrs. De Bruin encouraged the staff to continue being like a chilli — to remain passionate, resilient, and impactful, leaving a positive and lasting influence on everyone they encounter. 🌶️✨

After months of dedication, early mornings and countless kilometres of training, Mr Oscar Von Platen successfully completed the Comrades Marathon in an impressive time of 10 hours and 45 minutes.

His achievement is a true testament to hard work, perseverance and determination. Taking on The Ultimate Human Race is no small feat, and we are incredibly proud of his accomplishment.

Mr Von Platen’s commitment and resilience are an inspiration to our learners and staff alike, proving that with discipline and dedication, extraordinary goals can be achieved.
