Who is Melanie?
Mel is passionate about health and fitness, and loves working with people. She is Stott pilates certified and has worked in the fitness and rehab industry for 25 years in Johannesburg specializing in posture and movement assessment and correction.
She works with all age groups and many different client profiles from the athlete to the unconditioned client, to people with chronic pain as well as those just wanting to gain strength and shape up.
Mel is an avid runner and cyclist and has a good understanding of all the niggles, injuries and pain that come from doing these sports.
Mel loves her friends and really enjoys a good glass of wineπ
