Musician of the week!!

Lebo Nthunya is 13 years old, plays ukulele and is a vocalist here at the Music Academy. Lebo says music is life because when you feel down there's always a song to make you feel better, and when your happy there's always a good song to sing. He says he loves that there is a song for every moment in life. What has he learnt from the Music Academy that he will use in his everyday life. " My voice is not just a sound, it is a tool that I can use to state my opinions and to stand up for myself."

Stuck in the Mud! Definitely one of our new favorite places to be, thank you to everyone who came to support us and to every kid who performed. You all were brilliant!

Musician of the week!!
Jason Fitchat is 10 years old and plays Guitar and Piano . He is remarkable for his young age. Jason loves music because he says it's something fun for him to do besides sports. What has he learnt from the Music Academy that he will use in his everyday life? He has learnt that with practice anything is possible.
