One day they're learning to tie their shoelaces.
The next, they're making decisions about subjects, university, careers and their future.
For many parents, helping a teenager or young adult successfully launch into adulthood is one of the most challenging stages of parenting.
Because we all want the same thing.
To see them find their place.
To become independent and confident.
To build a life that is meaningful, sustainable and aligned with who they are.
That's why we created Pathfinder.
Not simply to help young people choose a career, but to help them better understand themselves and navigate the many possibilities ahead of them.

One of the hardest parts of parenting is knowing when to guide and when to step back.
But when it comes to subject choices, most parents feel the weight of the decision.
Because it isn't really about choosing subjects.
It's about helping your child find direction.
It's about wanting them to build a future that is meaningful, sustainable and aligned with who they are.
Yet many students make these decisions based on what their friends are taking, what seems easiest, or what they think they should do.
That's where Pathfinder comes in.
Using a structured four-part framework, we help students discover:
β what they love
β what they're good at
β what the world needs
β how they can build a future from the intersection of those things
If you're a Grade 9 parent and subject choices are on your mind, join us for our free online information session.

One of the biggest misconceptions about reading difficulties is this:
π If a child is bright, reading should come easily.
But that's simply not true.
Some incredibly intelligent children and teens:
β’ Struggle with comprehension
β’ Take much longer to complete homework
β’ Avoid reading because it's exhausting
β’ Have brilliant ideas but messy spelling and notes
β’ Start to lose confidence in themselves
It doesn't mean they're not trying.
It doesn't mean they're lazy.
And it certainly doesn't mean they're not clever.
Sometimes, they just need the right support.
If this sounds familiar, join us for our FREE Cellfield Information Session to learn more about the hidden signs of reading difficulties and how Cellfield may help.

βI know my child is bright... so why does everything take so much effort?β
Itβs a question many parents ask themselves quietly.
Homework takes hours. Reading feels exhausting. Spelling never seems to stick. Comprehension doesnβt match what you know your child understands. Confidence starts to slip.
Sometimes, itβs not laziness.
And itβs certainly not a lack of intelligence.
If youβve ever wondered whether there might be another explanation, weβd love you to join us for our FREE online Cellfield Information Session.
