Last weekend, participants in the 2026 MANCOSA Business Incubator explored one of the most valuable lessons in entrepreneurship: before building solutions, entrepreneurs must first understand the people they hope to serve.

Through Customer Discovery Foundations and Customer Interviews, participants learned how to move beyond assumptions and engage with curiosity, empathy, and intention. By asking better questions and listening more deeply, they began uncovering the needs, behaviours, and experiences that shape meaningful opportunities.
