🏆 Inter-House Sports Day
Rossburgh High School 🏆

What an unforgettable two-day Inter-House Sports Day at Rossburgh High School! The atmosphere was electric as our four houses — Blue Sharks, Red Bulls, Green Mambas, and Yellow Lions — battled it out in a thrilling display of talent, teamwork, and school spirit.
As the defending champions, the Green Mambas had a title to protect — and they did so in a spectacular fashion, emerging victorious once again and securing 1st place with an impressive 204 points! 🥇🐍
Hot on their heels were the Blue Sharks, who delivered a determined performance to claim 2nd place with 173 points 🥈.
The Red Bulls showed great resilience to finish 3rd with 129 points 🥉, while the Yellow Lions fought bravely, rounding off the standings in 4th place with 109 points.
👏 Well done to all the houses! Your competitiveness kept everyone on their toes from start to finish.
A massive shout-out to our cheerleaders — you brought the energy, the rhythm, and the vibes that made the event truly memorable!
This sports day was a true celebration of unity, determination, and school pride. Until next year — the bar has been set! 💪🎉

Rossburgh High School is proud to host its Maths Expo on 18, 19 & 20 May 2026 — an exciting initiative designed to bring Mathematics to life beyond the classroom.
This expo aims to:
Enhance and support daily Mathematics lessons
Demonstrate the strong link between Mathematics and subjects such as Technology and Business Studies. It aims to
provide learners with a real-world perspective on how mathematical concepts are applied in practical and business contexts
Through interactive displays, problem-solving activities, and practical examples, learners will experience how Maths is not just a subject, but a powerful tool used in everyday decision-making, entrepreneurship, and economic thinking.
We look forward to an engaging, insightful, and inspiring three days of learning that will deepen understanding and spark curiosity.
