At the KZN Cricket Union 2025/26 Annual Awards Ceremony, held on 13 June 2026, Ziya was recognised for her selection to the SA Schools Girls Team and for representing South Africa at Under-19 level.

She was also named the Dolphins Under-19 Girls Player of the Season for 2025/26.

Congratulations to Icebelihle Mqedlana on her selection to represent KwaZulu-Natal at the SA Schools Diving Championships in Johannesburg this November.

Icebelihle qualified at the recent Provincial Schools Diving Trials and will compete in the Year 2 Girls Development Section.
