Enver brings a richness of lived experience that very few can match, from the world of property investment to facilitating transformational learning for some of South Africa's most respected institutions, including the IDC, ACSA, and the SA Mint.

As our newest Corporate Facilitator, Enver understands that real development happens when people feel seen, challenged, and equipped to lead. His approach is direct, energetic, and deeply human, exactly the kind of energy that belongs in every learning room.

He is also the author of the soon-to-be-published Lead the Room: The Art of Generational Intelligence, and the architect of original leadership programmes designed specifically for the South African workplace context.

Tomorrow, South Africa pauses to remember 16 June 1976 — the day young people stood up for their right to a fair education and changed the course of our history.

This year marks 50 years since that day.

Half a century on, the torch has passed to a new generation facing different battles: unemployment, unequal opportunity, a fast-changing world of work. But the spirit is the same young people who refuse to believe the future is fixed.

At Eruditio, honouring Youth Day means more than a post. It means doing the work: equipping young South Africans with skills that open doors and partnering with businesses who invest in them.
