We are incredibly proud to announce that Hedley Harris, founder, lead instructor, and mentor to generations of auctioneers,has been honoured with the prestigious Legend Award by the South African Institute of Auctioneers at the AGM held on 8 May 2026.

This incredible achievement follows his induction into the Hall of Fame for Education in the Auctioneering Industry and recognises a lifetime dedicated to professionalism, leadership, mentorship, integrity, and excellence within the auctioneering profession.

For decades, Hedley Harris has played a major role in shaping and elevating the industry, inspiring future generations of auctioneers throughout South Africa and beyond.
