Office Administrator Intern (Polokwane, 12 Months Contract).

Key Responsibility Areas:
• Reception Duties • Switchboard • Ensure that feedback is always provided to the relevant areas • Accuracy and attention to detail • Uploading and updating stores menu & drivers on the backend • Filing • Assist walk in with clients • Order consumables and stationery • Invoicing • Petty cash •Stock control – full function • Assist with customer complaints and queries • Assist Drivers / Stores with their daily needs and queries • Monitoring Drivers • Branch Administration • Sales Support • Branch Administration

Educational Requirements & experience needed:

• Grade 12/ Matric Qualification • NQF Level 6 or 7: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Administration or related field • Computer Literate in Ms. Word • Strong Communication Skills • Strong Administrative Skills

Personal Attributes:
• Well-groomed • Dynamic • Determined, enthusiastic and energetic • Punctual • Self-starter • High levels of personal integrity • Ability to work under pressure • Attention to detail.
