We’re excited to welcome our new POPUP (People Upliftment Programme) group as they kick off their 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 at Capital Hotel School. From today, it’s all about hands-on learning, building confidence in the kitchen, and developing real industry-ready skills.

Here’s to fresh beginnings, new techniques, and a journey filled with growth, flavour, and opportunity!

Our students have been hard at work in the kitchen, mastering the art of balance and finesse with a stunning Tarte au Citron, topped with glossy Italian meringue and finished with a refreshing orange coulis.

In honour of 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆, the team at Capital Hotel School came together to support the incredible work done by 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 and 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝘀𝗵𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗲 through a food drive initiative.❤️

Yesterday, we had the privilege of dropping off the donations collected by our staff, students, and supporters ,but the day became so much more than just delivering food.

We spent time with the children, playing soccer, jumping on the trampoline, laughing, and simply enjoying special moments together. It was a beautiful reminder that kindness, connection, and time spent together can make a meaningful difference.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped us give back to our community.

Today our students and staff traded formal shoes for comfy slippers in support of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 💙

A small act can make a huge difference in the life of a child facing a life-threatening illness - and we are proud to stand behind a cause that brings hope, courage, and smiles to so many young dreamers ✨
