We had a visitor this morning which caused great Alphie excitement! 🦎

Tropical house gecko (Hemidactylus mabouia).
Appearance: They typically have a pale tan to grey body with darker, wavy markings.
Behavior: These geckos are nocturnal and often found on walls or near lamps feeding on insects.
Range: While native to sub-Saharan Africa, they have expanded their range significantly, often hitchhiking in shipping containers or furniture.
