This afternoon during our production unit period, our staff and some pupils were transplanting cabbage and onion seedlings in our main school garden beds. The U Foundation Islands of Siankaba

Meet Nelly and Sherine. They are neighbors in the village and they decided to extend their neighbourhood friendship to school.

Welcoming our children back to school after being away on holiday for a month. They definitely missed school. This morning they were doing some last term catch up on a number of things.

This year marks 20 years since our charity began with one simple goal: to make a difference.

Since then, we’ve seen lives changed, communities strengthened, and incredible generosity from people who share our goals.

Finally the harvest is here. Our children are now enjoying green maize they helped plant in our school garden.
