There's a certain mentality, aggression, hunger, clarity you need to possess in leadership to build a team that will influence a generation and affect other generations to come. It's not for the faint hearted, because it doesn't come easy to build a good and effective team.

It comes through sweet and blood, so much influences a human mind, it's not easy to get a mind to focus on something without being destructed. But once you build such a team, it's only a matter of time, the world will feel it's effect and won't ignore it's presence.

We will never make generational impact if the teams we're building are just for temporal success and short term glory. Not everyone wants to go that route because most leaders lose their sanity(not because they're bad leaders or that they want to lose their sanity but people are mentally exhausting, especially if they lack foresight, hence it takes alot to brinh them to a place of comprehension) but may God help you, give you teachable people and hearts that are willing to undergo a learning and a relearning process.

Let's have a quick live at 13hrs.

The steps have a sound, yet attract such a scary silence.

The emptiness in the silence feels like a walk in the graveyard.

The presence of those who said are there feels like a shadow, only present in absence.

The mind needs peace to walk through this thicket and conquer the eerie sense that come from a realisation that the watchers eyes are disguised in the space in between the thicket when the wind blows. Think about how the eyelid opens and closes, we call it blinking. So when air blows to open spaces between the thicket, the watchers eyelid open, hence the chills while you take the steps.

But, peace of mind can conquer this thriller when you soon realise that peace of mind is a gaze back at the thicket and it's unsettling aura. So walk...

Congratulations for crossing half of the year. Now let's conquer another half with determination, focus, excellence, hunger, and undeniable results.

Do not forget everything works better with prayer, always be prayerful. Prayer is not an excuse for laziness, it's an equaliser, it's catalyst that speeds up the reaction, it's a lifestyle and reality that help compress what is supposed take years to archive in a short time. Let's go for work.

We continued on the path of transformation at Remnant Gospel Family.
Yesterday a son in the house took time to teach on the need for transformation.
The preacher said, the highest expression of God's intelligence was the creation of man. Man, when created was given;
1. The nature of God
2. The character of God
3. The Authority of God
4. The presence of God, in order to represent God well and extend the rule of God on earth. Ps 115:16
Yet when man fail short in the garden, he lost all this. The need for transformation is so that you and i can go back to our original nature that God gave us. Had man not fallen, God would have added another attribute which is the life of God in a man. Meaning man was going to rule and live forever here on earth but sin cut that out.
