There are no words to describe the devastation, heartbreak and pain that we feel at loss of our sweet Aidan. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, his friends, Tredgold and the Falcon community at this time. 💚💚💙💙

In their two-and-a-bit years at the College, Danny and Ruth Tanser have embraced their environment, their roles, and the Community. A George Grey Falconian (1996), Danny was thrust into the role of Housemaster of Tredgold (some might say this was a promotion!), and committed to his job with energy, innovation and determination. As a maths and science teacher, hockey and tennis coach, and mentor and advisor to many, his years in leadership training and development were invaluable.

Ruth, a teacher and counsellor, filled a void and provided a compassionate, solution-oriented approach to her role as the school counsellor. It is no exaggeration to say that many young (and older) lives were changed for the good by her care, expertise and advice. Her extramural involvement and commitment, particularly in water polo, was tremendous.

We thank Danny and Ruth for their service, and wish them and their young family good health and fulfilment as they head to Marondera.
