I've come to learn that Bible College training is not for the special particular but all the general christian populace. Your motivation should be the Love for the Lord and the Compassion for the Lost souls of sinning humans. Many perish for Ignorance of this truth.

It is the basics that matter, We were alienated from God our Designer, by Sin Christ died our death so that we may live His life. This is a free gift received by Faith.

Many young people who have callings are arrogant!
Many young brilliant men and women of God who have potential to do great things are aborting assignments because they introduce themselves too early before they are well trained for the assignment. If you have been in the pentecostal movement for some time you would realize that for the past 10 years(from 2015-2025), there has been a lot of young men of God who mashroomed and open ministries, they were highly gifted, you could literally see them that they had genuine gifts, but the question on the ground is, where are they now? Dissolved and dissappeared!
What could be the reason?
1)No accountability - no matter how annointed you are, accountability is a key!
2)Deceived by a gift-spiritual gifts deceived many, gifts bring people, but bad character chases them away. Take note that gifts of the spirit anounces you on earth but the fruit of the spirit anounces you in heaven.
3) Spirit of early arrival - potential young men of God have been deceived by early arrival.Having crowds under you doesn't make you the city fathers, the same way people come is the same way they go! The secret is on conquering territorial powers and also be broken down in the secret place.
4)Changing fathers like trousers - it's common knowledge now to the fathers that if a young man/woman with calling comes for submission is not about learning, mentorship and covering, it's about riding on the wings of the father and ride on his popularity in order to be believed by the people who has accepted him in order to start a ministry.
5)Not ready to be corrected - fathers have been educated through experience not to rebuke sons, if you correct a son, that will be the last day to see him.This is a dangerous killer of destiny.
6)The problem of fathers - fathers when they see a new young man of God with zeal, fire and capital letters tongues, they give them assignments without researching about where he is coming from, why he left his previous church etc. M

COPIED ----It's rare to get a mentor like Jesus Christ.
When our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ called his disciples,he had a unique way of mentoring them.At times he would speak to multitudes in parables but simplify it to his disciples,having that father son personal relationship is very rare these days.Of course fathers are busy but I believe that in ministry there is no one who is in demand more than the way Jesus was.
-Jesus had time for his disciples
-Jesus could go with his disciples to mountains for prayers
-Jesus could correct and rebuke his disciples right on the act like Peter without fearing that he could be offended and leave.
-Jesus could send the disciples to evangelism which was practical lessons for ministry.
-The disciples were equipped before they were released and when they were released, they made impact because they were equipped.
In our days mentors they don't raise disciples but slaves. IN JESUS' WORDS "A DISCIPLE IS NOT ABOVE HIS MASTER BUT IF THOROUGHLY TRAINED, HE CAN BE LIKE HIS MASTER".Jesus trained them effectively because he had a vision of the kingdom in mind, His assignment was to die for the redemption of many,so the assignment of the disciples was to spread the vision of the Father that every one must be saved through the gospel. The disciples did very well because they were trained. On the other side,nowadays it's very rare to have sons that want to be trained to be disciples. Remember the disciples had to sit down for three years while Jesus was preaching, teaching, praying for the sick and delivering the oppressed. Nowadays sons in few weeks will end up feeling that I must be teaching and preaching. "The father is not giving me an opportunity",the father is oppressing my gift,this is what is causing alot of young servants of God exodus from one mentor to the other.When you have a disciple mentality, you sit down, you learn until you carry the DNA of your father, in teaching, preaching and in the gifts of the spirit. A person receives a divine call from God usually by
revelation knowledge, a vision, a dream, a deep conviction
or a personal prophecy from a prophet or prophetic
presbytery. The general assumption is that if God
sovereignly reveals what we are called to be, such as an
apostle, for example, the tendency is to immediately start
trying to fulfill our concept of an apostle. This always brings
much confusion and frustration to the individuals trying to
be what they are not yet prepared to be. It not only affects
them but their mate, family and anybody they are working
with. A person trying to fulfill a ministry before God's timing
is like an engine trying to run smoothly with the timing gear
