We keep growing and learning every single day.

The process is easy:

1. Register your child for learning support sessions.
2. Download the SeeSaw app and register as a parent.
3. I’ll send you a link to your child’s portfolio.

AND THATS IT!!

Be a part of this new way of keeping track of your child’s learning today by contacting me for their learning support needs!

During this reading session, we read The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn.

Books are gateways to discovery, curiosity, and meaningful conversations.

In this story, Chester Raccoon goes to school at night, which led us to explore the concept of nocturnal animals and learn about creatures that are active while most of us are asleep.

I could have easily read past that detail and focused only on the book’s message about love, reassurance, and overcoming separation anxiety. But why miss a golden opportunity to expand a child’s understanding of the world?

Every page holds the potential for learning. Sometimes the most valuable lessons come from the questions that weren’t originally part of the lesson plan.

25th April I managed to donate again with SCJ Volunteers. I worked so hard to bring my iron levels back up and this time I succeeded. I can’t wait for Round 3!

On Saturday the 7th of February, SCJ Volunteers tagged me along to The Literacy School which is an orphanage located in Mabvuku. The kids here were amazing, they were vibrant and so loving that I can’t wait to go back next year.

We managed to donate several books, stationery and clothes. We also tried to fit in a little snack too.

I’m tremendously grateful for such an opportunity!!

This is exactly why I work with children aged 3–8. At this stage, the brain is flexible, learning is playful, and confidence can be built quickly — with the right approach.

The early years decide how a child learns — private tutoring simply ensures they’re learning in a way that works for them.

DM me with “Let’s Get Started” to book an appointment for your child’s comprehensive assessment today.

Part of encouraging meta cognition is through self evaluation. Meta cognition is when one is able to reflect on their methods, strengths and weaknesses, thus improving their own performance. This is critical for learners to practice while they’re still young, and in my lessons, we practice self evaluation diligently.

Helping your child with homework comes from love — even when it accidentally turns into stress.

If you saw yourself in any of these slides, you’re not failing as a parent. You’re doing your best without the right support.

That’s where I come in ✨
As a private tutor, I focus on:
• building confidence
• using age-appropriate techniques
• letting children learn through safe mistakes
• turning homework time into learning time — not battle time

You don’t have to carry this alone, and your child doesn’t have to struggle in silence.

📩 If you’d like support that actually works for your child, DM me and let’s get started!

The infant and primary years are the years where your children’s foundation in education is built. If this foundation is not built strong enough, their future might topple down. Let’s work together to strengthen that foundation.
